SHIPPING: We only ship to the US including Puerto Rico. No international shipping. We ship plants using USPS priority mail that takes usually 2-3 days to deliver. You will get a tracking number and it is important you check this tracking number to see when the box will arrive to your home. Please make sure you are at home the day of the arrival or arrange for some one to be there to receive the plants and that knows how to properly care for the plants. The less time they spend on the box the better. Please remember that we ship only from Monday through Friday. We ship non-perishable items, marimo moss balls and plant bulbs using First Class mail.
PAYMENT: We accept credit cards, paypal and online checks as form of payment.
ORDER CANCELLATION: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Please contact us at support@theaquariumplant.com if you need to cancel your order.
RETURNS: You can return plants in the first 14 days. Please do not return any item without contacting us first for instructions. The cost of shipping to returns items is the responsibility of the buyer and must use priority mail.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL OR DAMAGED PLANTS OR BOXES: Plants tend to suffer when on shipping. It is normal for them to lose some leaves, get a lighter or darker color or even to smell funny and look mushy. Remember that the plants have spent 3 days inside a box with little water, sunlight or proper air. They will recover their normal color and grow once in your tank. IF YOU RECEIVE EXTREMELY DAMAGED PLANTS, FROZEN PLANTS OR A BOX THAT HAS BEEN BROKEN OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY PLEASE TAKE PICTURES. The only way to prove that your plants arrived dead is taking a picture and sending the picture to us, that way we can go to the USPS and submit a claim as packages are insured. After the delivery of the box, we should be contacted within 72 hours to report a problem. We will refund or replace the damaged plants.
